EFT Tapping Script

Before you begin, rate your level of stress and frustration on a scale from 1-10.

(side of hand) Even though I’m feeling so frustrated right now, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

(side of hand) Even though I’m feeling stressed at my job, I deeply and completely love and respect myself.

(side of hand) Even though I’m feeling really frustrated and stressed, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

Round 1

(inside of eyebrows) I just hate my job.

(side of eyes) I feel so stressed at work right now.

(under eyes) If I’m being honest, I’ve been feeling this way for a while.

(under nose) I feel really stuck.

(chin) Like there’s something else I wanna do but I don’t know how to get there.

(collarbones) The thought of leaving my job sounds overwhelming. It feels really hard.

(under arm) But I know I need a change.

(top of head) I know I can’t stand this any longer.

Round 2

(inside of eyebrows) I’m willing to try something new to change how I feel.

(side of eyes) Because it matters how I feel at work.

(under eyes) And so I’m ready to release this frustration and stress.

(under nose) I’m willing to experience better feelings about work.

(chin) I’m letting go of everything holding me back from making a change.

(collarbones) Because I don’t want to be here anymore.

(under arm) Other people are happy at work. Why can’t I be, too?

(top of head) I’m open to new possibilities from here on out.

Before you move on to round 3, rate your level of stress and frustration on a scale from 1-10. If you’re at a 3 or below, you can move on. If you’re at a 4 or above, re-watch and keep tapping. You’ve got this.

Round 3

(inside of eyebrows) I’m worthy of finding work I love.

(side of eyes) I don’t have to be stressed or frustrated at work.

(under eyes) I get to use my gifts and talents to help the world.

(under nose) Even in the smallest ways, I’m uniquely qualified to make a difference.

(chin) When I take care of my energy, more success comes to me.

(under arm) I get to make money doing what comes naturally to me.
